You Are Forgiven
Your greatest stains are no match for the Tide of His Grace – Your greatest Pain could be the source of your greatest Power.
Hebrews 4:16 (NIV) "Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need."
Salvation is a free gift of grace and no works are able to wash away sin. Maybe you have heard the saying, “If you find yourself going through hell, then keep going.” All the forces of hell would like nothing better than for you to stumble into sin, then just give up. You have an option – get up.
Consider David when he committed adultery with Bathsheba and had her husband killed – that was sin. He later realized his sin and asked for forgiveness, but there were still some difficult consequences that cost several lives, including the child. David did not stay down in this sin and the child’s younger brother would later go on to be the richest man in recorded history. If you find yourself in the harvest of the bad seeds that you have sown, then keep walking and sow some new seeds. It may take you a season to see the bad harvest go, but you can start a good harvest now. Receive forgiveness and sow new seed.
