Feast not Fear

The tactic of the enemy is to instill fear into us, his foe.  Our adversary has no ability to bring fear when we remember the one that is on our side.  The most common command in the bible is “fear not.”

Psalm 23:4-5 – Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. 5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.

God prepares the table and we are not to fear.  Even in the midst of the most hectic times and the most pressing issues of life, God is not caught off guard.  We can be at peace in His presence, because God always knows what is coming – no confusion, no disturbance, no surprise attacks by the enemy are possible. Perfect peace comes in the presence of God.  You are designed to feast and not fear.
