Crossing Invade Conference 2023

(Family/ Education / Religion Mountains)

This event is purposed to bring heaven to earth – to help Students to create a kingdom culture that INVADES the current worldly culture. This conference is for Students from 6th-12th grade. Today we want to partner with the Lord and our youth in intercession for areas that impact this generation on a daily basis. We are trusting God together for Heaven’s gates to be opened, for destinies to be written, and for history to be shaped through our prayers today.

Surrender: To invade our current culture and the Tampa Bay region, we will have to surrender our lives to the Lordship of Jesus. We want to see our youth totally surrendered to the will of God and to His Lordship.

    • Pray for our youth to know the voice of God and His will for their life.
    • Touch the hearts of our Youth and remind them not to defile themselves with the ways of the world through fornication, lying, stealing, alcohol and drug abuse, and other worldly things. Help them to make the right choices and activate Your fruit of the Spirit in their lives.

1 Peter 2:9 (HCSB)  But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for His possession, so that you may proclaim the praises of the One who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.

    • Pray that in their search for identity, they will come to know that they are Your masterpiece in Christ Jesus, created to do good works that You have prepared in advance for them to do.
    • Lord, help each young person see themself as You see them, Your co-worker. Pray that each young person will understand that they were uniquely created for a purpose that only they can fulfill. Lord, help them see that the strengths they have were given to them for a reason and they can impact this world in incredibly powerful ways.
    • Pray that our youth will walk in confidence, knowing that they are God’s masterpiece (Ephesians 2:10).
    • On behalf of our youth, we bind up and destroy every speculation and any lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of Christ and we take captive the thoughts that try to pervert the identity of each child to the obedience of Christ.

Ecclesiastes 3: 1, 4 (HCSB) 1There is an occasion for everything, and a time for every activity under heaven… 4 a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance Acts 1:8 (HCSB) But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come on you, and you will be My witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.

    • Pray that our students will overflow with hope into our communities by the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 15:13)
    • Pray that our students will operate in all of His spiritual gifts so that we can impact our communities with power. (1 Cor 12: 4-10)

Spirit-Filled Life: We pray that every one of our students will be baptized in the power of the Holy Spirit. We decree Luke 3:16, our young people will be baptized with the Holy Spirit and fire. They will invade the Tampa Bay region with power.

We decree that they will not be controlled by fits of rage, revenge, jealousy, or malicious words and actions. Instead, we ask that you give them wisdom and understanding, inclining them toward a gentle and thoughtful spirit.

When our youth are overwhelmed, anxious, grief-stricken, weary, or troubled in any way, do not let them fall into negative emotional behaviors such as depression, indifference, fear, or hopelessness. Lord, guard them against any detrimental thought processes that could become a stronghold in their lives.

Help them trust You in all circumstances so they may live from a heart that is filled with praise and thanksgiving.

Lord, we pray that You will bestow on our students a crown of beauty instead of ashes. Anoint them with Your oil of gladness in the midst of mourning. And clothe them in garments of praise so they may be guarded against falling into despair (Isaiah 61:3).

  • Emotions: We believe that our youth will be surrounded with the love of Jesus and that they will manage and express their feelings in healthy ways.

1 Corinthians 3: 8-9 (HCSB) Now the one who plants and the one who waters are equal, and each will receive his own reward according to his own labor. 9 For we are God’s co-workers. You are God’s field, God’s building.

Psalms 139: 13-14 (HCSB)  For it was You who created my inward parts; You knit me together in my mother’s womb. 14 I will praise You, because I have been remarkably and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful, and I know [this] very well.

  • Identity: Our students will walk in their true identity in Christ as they invade their families, schools, cities, state, and nation. They will not be easily persuaded by the world into believing anything other than who God says they are in His Word.
  • Galatians 2:20 (NKJV) I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
    • Pray that our students will walk in complete surrender to Jesus, no matter if it’s popular or not. Pray that they will have a new understanding of how much Jesus loves them.
    • Pray that our students will be strengthened by the power of the Holy Spirit to resist the devil and submit to God.

Matthew 7:21 (NKJV) Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.

James 4:7 (NKJV) Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.
