Masterpiece | Week 1 | A Renewed Mind Series
You are the Masterpiece of the Sovereign God of the Universe.
10 For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.
Ephesians 2:10 NLT
13 For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. 14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. 15 My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. 16 Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.
Psalm 139:13-16 NIV
AS GOD’S MASTERPIECE
- You are created for the Master’s purpose.
8 God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. 9 Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. 10 For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.
Ephesians 2:8-10 NLT
- God uses everything in your life to bring about His purposes.
28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who[a] have been called according to his purpose.
Romans 8:28 NIV
Words of Knowledge
We believe the Lord is healing people with low iron.
We believe someone needs to hear that forgiving doesn’t mean that you have to go back to being in a relationship with them. Release them and allow the Lord to heal you. He is all you need.
Words of Encouragement:
It may seem like your children have gone astray for good. Don’t give up. Don’t stop praying for them. No matter how deep in the “world” they are, don’t stop praying. The Lord hears the cry of your heart. Your children aren’t lost causes. “This is what the Lord says: Keep your voice from weeping and your eyes from tears, for the reward for your work will come — this is the Lord’s declaration — and your children will return from the enemy’s land. There is hope for your future — this is the Lord’s declaration — and your children will return to their own territory.” (Jeremiah 31:16-17 HCSB)
