The Crossing Church is a place where we encourage our members and attendees to use their gifts, talents and abilities to increase the Kingdom of God and bring glory to His name. We are currently looking for vocalists and instrumentalists to serve in worship teams across our campuses. We are looking for musicians who:
*Have a heart for worship and a desire to serve
*Can demonstrate vocal or instrumental proficiency
*Have active attendance with the Crossing Church for at least 3 months
*Have completed the three steps of the Audition process
Step one of the Audition process is a video submission and the completion of an online application. The video will allow you to give your best first impression, since you will have the opportunity to correct any mistakes and perform without the pressure of an audience! To submit a video:

Record a video of yourself singing or playing a song of your choice. The video should effectively demonstrate your skill level on your voice or instrument. Acapella singing is recommended for vocal submissions.
Step two is the preparation of two selected songs to be performed in front of, or along with, current members of the team.
Step three is an interview with our Worship Arts Staff, taking a few moments to get to know you better.
Our desire at The Crossing Church is to usher people into the awesome presence of a Holy God. In searching for volunteers to help us with this vision, we realize that there must be a balance between a person’s heart/character and giftedness. We are looking for a healthy balance of both. We are not looking for professionals, however, we do want to uphold a level of excellence which is a part of our church’s Core Values. That level of excellence is determined in a group setting of accountability within our Worship Staff.
