Lord – Empowered, having the power, denotes the power to control

9 “And I say to you, make friends for yourselves by unrighteous mammon, that when you fail, they may receive you into an everlasting home. 10 He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much; and he who is unjust in what is least is unjust also in much. 11 Therefore if you have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches? 12 And if you have not been faithful in what is another man’s, who will give you what is your own? 13 “No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. True Riches: Being Sons and Daughters of God

True Riches: Freedom from torment

True Riches: Wealth sustained by God
Daily Provision – 31 “Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For after all these things the Gentiles seek. Faithfulness with unrighteous mammon: Tithe is holy to the Lord
30 And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the tree, is the Lord’s. It is holy to the Lord. 31 If a man wants at all to redeem any of his tithes, he shall add one-fifth to it. 32 And concerning the tithe of the herd or the flock, of whatever passes under the rod, the tenth one shall be holy to the Lord. ~ Leviticus 27:30-32 NKJV
Jesus did not do away with the law: 17 “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. Faithfulness with unrighteous mammon: Give to those in need
17 But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him? ~ 1 John 3:17 NKJV
Faithfulness with unrighteous mammon: Provide for your family
8 But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever. ~ 1 Timothy 5:8 NKJV
Faithfulness with unrighteous mammon: Give to orphans and widows
27 Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world. ~ James 1:27 NKJV
Faithfulness with unrighteous mammon: Avoid debt
